A division of medical and technical and communications firm TM Information Services (TMIS), Thunder Mountain Health and Well Being is an on-line store designed with the needs of those who are motivated to live a healthy life with products to enhance wellness and promote awareness.

TM Information Services provides counseling and education regarding personal health record (PHR) documentation and the Better Living Through Well Being on-line newsletter. You can visit our site at http://www.tminformationservices.com.

For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal and check or money order (personal check orders are not shipped until funds clear).

Orders can be placed via the shopping cart twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Orders will be shipped during normal office hours, excluding holidays. Please Note: We ship within the continental United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Purerto Rico.

How to Order Products from Thunder Mountain Health and Well Being

The order button for placing items in your shopping cart is at the bottom of the full description page for the product. You can bring up the full description page for a product by clicking its title or Full Item Description link on the category page summary, or by locating a product using Search.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not obligate you to purchase, but it does enable you to see the total amount for the order including shipping. If you change your mind about which item you want, you can remove it from your cart. You can also update the number of items placed in your cart.

If you are paying by credit card, you will be directed to a secure checkout page to enter your transaction.

Please Note: For all credit card transactions, products will only be shipped to the physical address (not a P.O. Box) which must be the same as your credit card billing address, unless you have communicated with us in advance. Entering Your Card Code at Checkout

During your secure transaction process for checkout using your credit card you will be asked to enter your Card Code. The Card Code is a 3-digit code located on the back of your credit card, on the signature strip just to the right of the card number.

On American Express cards, the 4-digit code is on the front of the card, just above and to the right of the embossed card number.


If you are paying by PayPal, you will be directed to a secure PayPal site to complete the transaction. If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check you will have the option to print out the order information and send your payment to us at the address above.

In Stock?: Yes. or In Stock?: No.

In some cases a product may be temporarily out of stock. We use the "In Stock?: Yes." or "In Stock?: No." indicators to inform you of its status. We attempt to keep this updated as close as possible, but in some cases the status may not be correct. In the case of an order placed for an item out of stock, we will contact you regarding your wish to have the item back ordered, or if you want us to cancel your order.
