SHIPPING INFORMATION
All pricing and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note Thunder Mountain does not ship outside the United
States. We ship within the continental United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Purerto Rico. We also do not ship to a military APO address.
All orders are delivered via ground delivery. We ship
within 24 hours during normal business hours. We can not ship to
a P.O. Box, so please provide a physical address for the shipping
address.
Please Note: For all credit card transactions,
products will only be shipped to the physical address (not
a P.O. Box)
which
must be the
same as your credit card billing address, unless you have
communicated with us in advance. If you have questions regarding this

Entering Your Card
Code at Checkout
During your secure
transaction process for checkout using your credit card you
will be asked to enter your Card Code. The Card Code is a
3-digit code located on the back of your credit card, on
the signature strip just
to the right of the card number.
On American Express cards, the 4-digit code is on the front
of the card, just above and to the right of the embossed
card number.

Products are shipped from our supplier's warehouses using ground
delivery. Ground delivery is in 1 to 5 business days,
depending on the distance between origin and destination.
Please Note: Delivery during Holiday seasons
may vary. Please check with the standard delivery services (FedEx,
UPS, USPS) to determine what is possible in your required time
frame.
Shipping charges are based on standard rates for weight
and distance between our warehouse and the destination.
If the weight of your order totals over 50 pounds, the
shipping charge will be calculated and we will send you
an updated bill shortly.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any
reason except where the return is the fault of the shipping
company or us as specified
below, you will be charged both outbound and inbound freight, as
well as for shipping the product again to a different address.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
We will refund
a non-defective item purchase only within ten days of customer receipt
if it is still unopened and in the original packaging. Once
our warehouse has informed us the product has been received in
the proper condition, we will refund your purchase price minus
a 15% restocking fee. If
you have a defective product issue you must contact us within
30 days, and the restocking fee will not apply (see Return Policy
below).
CANCELING AN ORDER
Please note: once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours (during regular business hours).
SALES TAX
A sales tax rate of 8.8% will be applied to items delivered within
Washington state.

WARRANTY PROCEDURES
The warranty for the products purchased from Thunder Mountain is
provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty information
provided by the manufacturer packed with the product, or by visiting
the manufacturer's Web site.
BACKORDERS
Some products may occasionally become temporarily out of stock. We
will contact you to ask if you would like to backorder the product.
Backorders are automatically filled as the product becomes available.
You will be notified only if your backorder has been outstanding
for more than (4) weeks.
RETURN POLICY
You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning
any merchandise to Thunder Mountain. E-mail us for your RA number
at returns@thundermount.com. Send
us the following information: account number, name, address, invoice
number, model number, serial number and an outline of the problem.
Once you have provided Thunder Mountain with the
appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned
RA number and the
warehouse address.
The following are Thunder Mountain's Return Shipment Policies:
* DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT
ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result
in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
* Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original
packing materials
* All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables
must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account
will be billed accordingly.
* The Return Authorization must be on the shipping label, not the carton.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
* Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight
collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way
not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
* Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only.
Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
* Thunder Mountain refund credits are based on purchase price or current
price, whichever is lowest. We do not include the price of shipping
in the refund.
In order for us to expedite your return, we ask that you comply with
the above policies. Any deviation from these policies could result
in the product being returned to you with no credit issued.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
Thunder Mountain's DOA policy does not cover any physical damage
that your product may incur during transit. If you receive a product
that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions: Note the receipt
with any carton markings. All damaged shipments accepted from the carrier
should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery, then refused
and returned to our warehouse for freight claim processing. All damaged
shipments received via truck and air carriers must be accepted with
all damages clearly noted on the bill of lading. You must then place
the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage
claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons,
packing and content should be retained in the same condition as was
received.
